[Production background]

Carmelo and his wife worked as quality managers for Cup of Excellence over a decade ago, where they were exposed to the excellent coffee of many producers and began to dream of one day producing coffee themselves. In 2008, they purchased a farm run by an elderly grandmother and began cultivating new coffee. They planted Catuai, Typica, and Java varieties, and Carmelo's favorite is the Java variety because it is resistant to disease, produces uniform cherries at harvest time, and is easy to harvest.

By gaining knowledge and experience in coffee cultivation at the COE, they understand and practice proper cultivation methods, which allows them to produce high-quality coffee with exceptional characteristics.
