Shipping Policy

Please review the following information regarding domestic shipping, subscription delivery, and international shipping before placing your order.


🇯🇵 Domestic Shipping within Japan

Shipping Carrier: Yamato Transport

Shipping Fees:

  • Flat rate shipping within Japan: ¥800, excluding Okinawa and Hokkaido
  • Okinawa and Hokkaido: ¥1,200
  • Free shipping for orders over ¥5,000

Estimated Shipping Time: Orders will be shipped within 2–3 business days after order confirmation.
Please note that delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, or other circumstances.

After shipment, we will send you an email with a tracking number.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, please follow the instructions on the delivery notice to arrange redelivery.

If the product is defective or if we have shipped the wrong item, return shipping costs will be covered by our store.
For returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

☕ Coffee Subscription

Coffee Bean Subscription|¥4,400 per month, including shipping within Japan

Once a month, we deliver freshly roasted coffee beans selected by our roaster.
Each delivery includes one standard selection and one premium selection.

Shipping Schedule: Coffee is roasted at the beginning of each month and shipped the following day.

Please note that subscription details and prices may change without prior notice.

For plan changes, address changes, skips, or cancellations, please contact our customer support team.

Roast level cannot be specified.

🌍 International Shipping & Customs

International orders are shipped via FedEx.
Estimated delivery time after shipment is 3–10 days, depending on the destination country or region.

Depending on the destination country or region, customs duties, import taxes, and other import-related fees may apply.
All such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Some countries may require additional recipient information for customs clearance, such as an ID number, tax number, customs clearance code, or other required documents.

For customs purposes, all international shipments, including gifts, must include an invoice showing the product value.

If the recipient does not respond to requests from customs or FedEx within the required timeframe,
the shipment may be classified as “Unclaimed” and may be returned or disposed of locally.

In such cases, reshipment or refunds cannot be offered.

By placing an international order, you agree to the above international shipping and customs conditions.
