Hello everyone, this is Tanaka from TERRA COFFEE ROASTERS.
This time, I visited "&ISLAND" in Kitahama, Osaka.
Actually, this is a store that carries TERRA COFFEE.

One of Kitahama, Osaka's most comfortable cafes.

This is the place to go for a cafe in Kitahama, Osaka. The wood-paneled interior has great taste in decor, making it a haven for people of all ages.

Many international customers visit, and the terrace seats with a panoramic view of Osaka Central Public Hall and the Tosabori River are also a highlight. It is particularly popular with young women, and I was impressed by how they can relax and enjoy the scenery.

Tanaka: "It's nice to have a place where you can enjoy a meal while looking at the river."

Food

The store's proud baked goods and popular sandwiches.

All of the carefully baked original sweets are appealing. Among them, the brownie is the store's pride and a very popular menu item.

Tanaka: "It's fluffier than I imagined, with a bittersweet taste, and it's delicious when eaten with the ice cream on top."

Actually, sandwiches are also a specialty of the store, and the club sandwich is my recommendation. The cross-section is very beautiful, and the vibrant colors of the fresh vegetables are striking. When I visited, I often saw customers taking pictures.

Store manager Akashi gave me a spring-like treat.

"If you like, please try this too," said store manager Kana Akashi, as she served me a sweet.

The limited-time matcha roll cake is a dish that expresses spring and cuteness. It is garnished with edible cherry blossoms, making it visually splendid.

Tanaka: "This is delicious too! The fresh cream is refreshing, and it brings out the richness of the matcha. The matcha sauce around it is also rich, and I want to eat every last bit of it."

Tanaka: "How is the coffee reputation among customers?" Akashi: "The espresso has a clean, fruity taste, so it pairs well with milk. Hot lattes are also recommended for people who can't drink bitter coffee, which is a great advantage. Americanos also go well with various baked goods, so many people drink them after a meal."
