Parameters
- Water temperature: 90–100°C
- Coffee: 14g
- Water: 250–260ml
- Grind size: Medium (approx. 1.0–1.5mm)
Method
- Rinse the paper filter with hot water and discard.
- Add ground coffee and gently level the bed.
- Start by evenly saturating all grounds.

- First pour / 0:00 — 50–60g. Bloom until 0:45.

- Second pour / 0:45 — slowly pour up to 180g.

- Third pour / 1:25 — pour up to 250–260g, then gently swirl the dripper 5 times.

- Total brew time should be around 2:45–3:00. Adjust grind size if needed.
