This Geisha coffee is grown at the Las Arasitas farm, located at an altitude of 1,600-1,650m. Its elegant floral aroma, reminiscent of jasmine, is complemented by the vibrant, juicy acidity of bergamot, making it a truly Geisha-infused drink. As it cools, the gentle sweetness of white peach lingers, creating a clear, harmonious taste with a balanced aroma, flavor, and aroma.
We recommend pairing it with herb and citrus tarts, white peach compote, or baked goods with less butter. The coffee's gorgeous flavor will be further enhanced by pairing it with light sweets that do not overwhelm the delicate aroma.

[Production background]
This batch was produced by the renowned Bolivian producer Pedro Rodríguez. Founded in 1986, the export company Agricafe originally started out collecting coffee from small producers, but in 2012, due to declining production and quality issues, the company shifted to managing its own farms.
In 2014, they opened "Las Alasitas Farm" in Borinda, near Caranabi, where they cultivate high-quality varieties such as Red Caturra, Geisha, and Java. The high altitude and the large temperature difference between day and night allow the cherries to ripen slowly, increasing the sugar content and producing a sweeter, more refined-tasting coffee.

[Regional characteristics]
The Caranavi region is one of Bolivia's most notable specialty coffee producing regions. The region's highlands, in particular, combine rich soil and a cool climate, allowing cherries to ripen slowly over time, resulting in coffee with an excellent balance of aroma, acidity, and sweetness. Agricafe takes advantage of this environment and uses a washed process that focuses on creating a "clean cup." Their reliable quality has earned them the trust of roasters around the world.
