Drip (for 1 cup): 14g powder, 250g hot water
We recommend pairing it with rich, intense desserts or nuts, such as dark chocolate cake or almond biscotti. The former pairs well with the sweetness of black honey and raisins and the richness of dark chocolate, while the latter's almond flavor enhances the almond flavor of the coffee, and the crispy texture of the biscotti complements the coffee perfectly.

Story
This is a community lot of small-scale coffee farmers growing along the Caracol Mountains in the Sul de Minas region. Brothers Leandro and Paulo Teixeira manage the community. Sul de Minas is one of Brazil's leading Arabica growing regions, with coffee grown at altitudes ranging from 850m to 1,400m and moderate average temperatures ranging from 17°C to 24°C, creating a distinctive Brazilian terroir characterized by its sweetness and creamy body. The Caracol Mountains are a volcanic region near the tourist town of Poços de Caldas, where many small, family-run coffee farmers grow coffee. Located at a high altitude within Sul de Minas, this community enjoys ample rainfall and sunlight, and the volcanic soil contributes to the unique flavor of the community. This year has been an unusual one in Brazil, with harvests occurring one to two months earlier than normal in all coffee-growing regions and El Niño bringing more rainfall than previous years, resulting in a good harvest.
