Producer Teodoro Engelhardt began his career in coffee in 1999, working closely with his father in the family business. After 13 years of learning and gaining experience, he decided to continue the family tradition as a fourth-generation coffee producer.

With knowledge and craftsmanship passed down through generations, Teodoro continues to cultivate coffee in the heart of Sierra de Las Minas with a strong commitment to quality. This cup reflects his dedication through its clean, elegant, and balanced flavor profile.

Gentle fruit notes reminiscent of dried apple are layered with nuttiness and the soft sweetness of milk chocolate. The finish is elegant and tea-like, with a clean and balanced impression. A comforting cup that is easy to enjoy every day.

We recommend brewing this coffee as a filter coffee. A slightly higher water temperature helps bring out its dried apple-like fruitiness and elegant black tea finish. For a sweeter cup, try a slightly slower extraction.
