OC³ (Osaka Coffee Cupping Club) is a community of roasters based in Osaka, where professionals openly exchange ideas on roasting and flavor development.

The first project born from this initiative is a tasting set created by five roasters:
“OC³ Tasting Set - 1st Edition -”.

The theme for this first edition is Mexico.
While Mexican coffee is still relatively unfamiliar in Japan and is sometimes associated with decaf, this set intentionally highlights this “lesser-known origin.”

Starting from the same Mexican beans,
each roaster interprets and expresses flavor in their own way.
This set allows you to enjoy those differences while experiencing the unique character of Osaka’s roasters.

About OC³

OC³ (Osaka Coffee Cupping Club) is a coffee cupping community based in Osaka,
where roasters openly exchange opinions about roasting.

Roasters with different philosophies and approaches gather at the same table,
sharing their perspectives on roasting, flavor perception, and design intentions.
Rather than seeking a single “correct answer,” the focus is on deepening understanding through dialogue.

The goal of this initiative is to cultivate the image that
“Osaka has great coffee.”
Not just individual shops, but the coffee culture of Osaka as a whole, growing from within.
