Classic Mogiana is a mixed regional lot made from coffee grown and harvested by coffee farmers in the Mogiana region in eastern São Paulo State, including the cities of São Tomás de Aquino, Itamogi, Altinopolis, and São Sebastião Do Paraíso. Located in a gently sloping hilly area at an altitude of about 1,000 meters, this region has long been known for producing natural coffee with a distinctive acidity, even in Brazil, and production continues to preserve this traditional flavor.
